Shipping Policies

UMHB Campus Store is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.  Your order will be shipped FedEx and unless you specify otherwise in Shipping Special Instructions, a signature is not required for delivery.

Textbook purchases are for in-store pickup only. 

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Product Returns and Exchanges

All Returns and Exchanges MUST be accompanied with a CASH REGISTER RECEIPT.  Any and all returns will be in the method of original payment.

New books must be in absolutely new condition, with no writing, markings or highlighting. Books in shrink-wrap must be in the original packaging. Check with the professor and make sure the book is correct before removing the shrink-wrap or writing in your book.

Textbook returns and exchanges will be accepted with a cash register receipt during the first 6 days of the fall and spring semesters, during the first 3 days of the Minimester session, and during the first 4 days of Summer I and Summer II sessions.  Jumpbooks are non returnable or exchangeable.

General merchandise may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase or exchanged within one week of purchase date. Exchanges that are gift purchases must be made within 30 days of purchase date with a noted gift receipt.

Cash refunds over $100.00 will be refunded by check via the bursar's office.

All merchandise or textbooks must be in the same condition as when purchased for any refunds or exchanges.
