How To Order

The UMHB Campus Store is your official source for Cru apparel, textbooks, and souvenirs. We offer two convenient ways to get your gear:

Option 1: Order Online (Recommended)

For the fastest service, use our secure online store.

  • Account Setup: To place an order, you must first register and create an account.

  • Shopping: Log in, add your items to the basket, and follow the prompts to check out.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

    • UMHB Campus Store Gift Cards

    • UMHB Cru Card

Processing Note: Orders are processed once payment is received. If the store is closed, your order will be handled on the next business day. You will receive a notification if any items in your order are currently out of stock.

Option 2: Order by Mail

If you prefer not to shop online, you can submit an order via mail.

  1. Calculate Your Total: Select your items and include the cost of sales tax and shipping charges.

  2. Prepare Payment: Make a check or money order payable to "UMHB Campus Store."

  3. Include Your Details: Provide your full name, shipping address, email, and phone number.

  4. Mail to:

Ordering Online

Securily submit, track, and view your orders on our online store. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store with no additional shipping cost!


Shipping Policies 

  • Standard Delivery Time: Typically 7 - 10 business days.

  • Peak Season Delays: Expect longer wait times if you are ordering during August (back to school) or December (holidays/end of semester).

  • Shipping Method: FedEx Ground shipping, Next Day, 2-Day Shpping, and Ground Economy through a partnership between FedEx and USPS.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once the order ships, which will include an estimated delivery date.

  • Signature Requirement: By default, no signature is required for delivery unless you specifically request one in the "Shipping Special Instructions" during checkout.

If you are looking for other options, you can also choose to pick up your order in-store at the Bawcom Student Center to avoid shipping costs entirely.


Product Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

Note: A cash register receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. 

Course Materials

  • Deadlines:

    • Fall/Spring: First 6 days of the semester.

    • Summer: First 3 days of the session.

  • Condition: 

    • Must be in original condition (no writing or highlighting).

    • Shrink-wrap: Must remain unopened.

    • Digital: E-books are non-returnable.

       

    General Merchandise: 

    • Merchandise must be in original condition.

    • Refunds: Must be completed within 48 hours.

    • Exchanges: Must be requested within one week.

    • Gift Exchanges: Allowed within 30 days (requires a gift receipt).
