These announcements are blank, we print them in the store and we can do any quantity you would like. If you are ordering these for ship out, order the announcements by themselves and choose the Personalized Announcement shipping option. If you wish to order more/other merchandise, please place another order for those items. When you have placed your order, you will get a series of emails. 1. Confirmation email (system generated) that just means we got your order. 2. When it is processed, you will get another email (system generated) telling you they are ready for pickup, but they are not. Your payment card has been charged. 3. Sent from one of our staff members asking for the important information to be printed on the announcement. Please respond to that with the information requested which includes: the name to be printed on the announcement, the degree being granted, the major of that degree and if it is a May or December graduation. Examples include: Degree-Bachelor of Science with a major in -Nursing. We already will have the information for graduation, your quantity ordered, and your shipping option. 4. Tracking info via UPS if this is a ship out order. Please allow 48 hours for in store pickup printing once the information is requested and no email will be given for in store pickup.
